How it works

1. 01Fit

   We start with a short conversation about what you are trying to accomplish and whether building something is the right answer. We look at your current workflow, where the friction is, and what a solution would likely involve, so you can decide whether to go further.

2. 02Scope

   We write a proposal covering what will be built, the timeline, and what the work includes: the deliverables in plain terms, how the work will be staged, and what you will have at the end.

3. 03Build

   We build in the way that fits the project, with updates at agreed points and direct access to the people doing the work. We use modern tooling to move quickly, with human review on everything that ships, and room to adjust as the work takes shape.

4. 04Hand off

   We hand over a running system, deployed and documented: the source, the deployment setup, and enough written down that your team or another developer can pick it up without reverse engineering the decisions behind it.
