Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

This site is a single page with a contact form. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and stores nothing in your browser. The only personal information it handles is what you choose to type into that form.

Who is responsible

ANOVI is responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at info@anovi.tech.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, organization, email address, timeline, and message you entered. Organization and timeline are optional. We do not ask for a phone number or any other detail.

Our host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and request times. These are generated automatically for every website and are used to keep the site running and secure.

If the contact form is misconfigured and cannot deliver your message, the details you submitted are written to our server log so the inquiry is not lost. We would then contact you using the address you provided.

Why we use it

To read and reply to your inquiry, and to carry on any conversation that follows from it.

We may also email you occasionally about ANOVI, such as when something we are working on becomes available. These are infrequent and you can stop them at any time: reply to any message asking us to stop, use the unsubscribe link it carries, or email us directly. We will act on it without asking why.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach us.

Cloudflare hosts and serves this site, and holds the server logs described above.

Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so loading the page sends nothing to any third party. Beyond the two above, we do not pass your information to anyone, except where we are required to by law.

Where your information is held

ANOVI operates from California, in the United States. Your inquiry is delivered to and stored in the United States, and the services we use to run this site operate from there.

Our hosting provider runs a global network, so the page itself may be served to you from a location near you. Your message and the details you submit are handled in the United States regardless.

If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred there and handled under United States law. The rights described below still apply, and you can exercise them the same way.

How long we keep it

Inquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than 36 months after our last exchange, unless you have become a client and we need the records for the engagement. If you opt out of updates, we keep only what is needed to honour that. You can ask us to delete your message sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@anovi.tech and we will respond within one month. You do not need to explain why.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the UK and EU GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not keep an archive of previous versions, so if the specifics matter to you, keep a copy.
